Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These are the rules for playing BallTrials. By playing, you accept them.
What BallTrials is
A free game you play in your browser. There is no charge to play, and there is no advertising.
Your account
You can play without one. If you create one, keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has got in, write to us.
You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your data.
Playing fair
Do not modify the game, automate it, or use tools to give yourself an advantage over other players. Do not try to break into other people's accounts or into our servers. Do not choose a player name that is offensive or that pretends to be someone else.
If you do any of that we may suspend or delete the account, and we do not owe a refund for anything bought with it.
Who runs BallTrials, and who sells it
BallTrials is made and run by Jaime Valls Vigil, United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@balltrials.com.
Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice, and are what shows up on your bank statement.
Things you buy in the game
Coins, gems and other in-game items are a licence to use them inside BallTrials. They are not money, they have no value outside the game, and they cannot be sold or transferred.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of a digital purchase — but that right ends once you start using what you bought, which for in-game items is immediately. We do not hide behind that: see our refund policy, which also covers purchases made by a child without a parent knowing.
If we ever shut the game down, we will say so in advance.
Children
If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission before buying anything.
What is ours
The game, the balls, the art, the music and the name BallTrials are ours. You may record and stream your own play, including on monetised channels, and you do not need to ask. You may not sell our art or music, or pass the game off as your own.
What we promise, and what we do not
We look after the game and want it up and working. We cannot promise it will never go down, never lose a match result, or never have a bug. It is a game, provided as it is.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we update this page and change the date at the top. Important changes are announced inside the game.
